The reflection of Heaven in Earth and Earth as Heaven has long been considered by mystics. Here are some thoughts, accompanied by a song, O Creation of God/O Factura Dei, composed by St. Hildegard of Bingen in the 11th century. We are each the Heavenly angel of God here on Earth, ministering to each other. I celebrate those women who have come before me with their poetic words from long ago.

O creation of God which is human,
